Joseph experiencing life
To win ownership in farm management, the main ingredient of a successful ownership projects in farming is good planning. Proper planning can improve your chances of someday owning your own farm, ranch, or agribusiness. planning should start as soon as you enroll in a vocational agriculture program. that's when you should start to develop the lon-term plans that wiil move you toward your goal. The first step toward owning a piece of agriculture project is to ask yourself these questions:

1. Have I checked into all the opportunities for ownership?
2. Have I done a good job of planning to reach my ownership goal?
3. Which enterprises, projects, or experiences will prepare me for my goal?
4. What do i need to know about financing my ownership program?
Which improvement projects and suplementary practices will be most advantageous to me?

Most of the time children are in the field.
Good planning is essential. The ability to plan is at least as important as the ability to perform. if you can't plan for an experience, you're not ready to carry it out. good plans should be written down(ejournal curriculum development group duty) so they can be checked easily. If you can't take the time to interact with ejournal zamculture projects as a youth, it's unlikely you will carry them out. Remember the Zamculture motto " plan your work, then work on your plan." ejournal Zamculture projects will help youths to come up with what we will call plan of attack(Zamculture-Agric samples), inform of a ccurriculum that will help them furfil this motto. Youths may not be able to arrange ownership projects when starting out in vocational agriculture, Zamculture will introduce a sample curriculum which can help, a road to ownership. If so, there are other ways to gain knowlege and skiils while taking the necessary steps to ownership, such as through improvement projects and supplementary practice.

Athough these projects and practices may not provide you with a profit, they should not be overlloked. Owners of agriculture interprises need varied knowlege and skiils. Zamculture-Agric project will work with students in schools to build the capacities of peopel liviing in rural areas for example, to develop their skills through this ejournal Inter-Agriculture projects in Zambia. peopel should seriously consider any activity that provide them with these skills, we have the skills to develop on.

Improvement Projects, how? You must ask yourself after studying, how to sustain projects in their community. You have to know the series, these are series of related tasks that cover a specific period of time, how to improve in project management. You can help yourself improve the appearance and value of an agribusiness, improve the efficiency of an operation, or make the operator's work more comfortable and convenient. This include building a sept tank, erecting a fence, or testing soils. You have to practice all this at times to sustain your knowledge you get at school.
Improvement projects usually do not provide income and may not involve ownership. But  do offer many advantages. This provide experience, knowledge, and skills related to production. It can help a farmer improve an inverstment, provide experience for youth who can't start the project which is ownership project. Youth have to be self relaint to sustain themselves.

We should respect our thoughts and actions not words.
